At 91黑料 we believe that coaching and mentoring are integral to implementing the Learning Philosophy and realising the employee journey.听 Our facilitated development sessions are designed to provide all staff鈥痺ith the opportunity to develop their鈥痗oaching and mentoring skills and capture their鈥痮wn resourcefulness.听

We have a pool of trained coaches available internally who are able to offer coaching as a bespoke development opportunity for all staff.

Our leadership and management development programmes and pathways support existing and aspiring managers/leaders to develop the capabilities and behaviours for current and future leadership roles within our Learning Philosophy led culture of leadership.听

Our on-demand eLearning hub offers more than 130 modules for you to access and complete at your own pace. The hub is designed to offer flexible, innovative learning on the go, that is continually updated and refreshed with new content.
