We regularly employ former military personnel as their highly transferrable skills and knowledge and hard-working mindset is perfect for the education sector. Speaking from personal experience, a career in education is a great second career for those who have served, and we are delighted to show our support for the armed forces by signing the covenant. 91黑料 Commitment

91黑料 is committed to supporting former armed forces personnel in their transition to civilian employment. We have made a commitment to guarantee interviews for ex armed forces personnel that meet the minimum shortlisting criteria. This signifies a proactive effort to recognise and value the unique skills and experiences that military veterans bring to the workforce.

One notable aspect of this commitment is the absence of any time constraints for military veterans. They are encouraged to apply at their own pace, whether it be immediately upon concluding their service or even a few years later. This flexible approach acknowledges the diverse paths that veterans may take after their armed forces role and seeks to accommodate their individual circumstances.

By eliminating strict time limitations, 91黑料 aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment for veterans as they navigate the complexities of the job market. This commitment not only demonstrates a sincere appreciation for the sacrifices and skills of former armed forces personnel but also underscores our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. In doing so, 91黑料 sets a positive example for other organisations and reinforces the principle that every individual, regardless of their military background, deserves equal opportunities for professional growth and career success.

91黑料 supports armed forces leavers in securing employment post-military service by promoting relevant job opportunities on the CTP Right Jobs website.

The CTP, operated in collaboration with Right Management under the Ministry of Defence, extends its comprehensive support to individuals departing from the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force, or the Royal Marines, irrespective of rank. Service leavers can avail themselves of valuable resettlement support, receive guidance on career transition, and explore training prospects through the CTP. As the official provider of Armed Forces resettlement, the CTP plays a pivotal role in facilitating a smooth transition for military personnel into civilian employment.
